Chef Rocki grew up around his mother’s restaurant in the old town of Bangkok but has called Australia home since 2014.
Coming from a strong bloodline of cooks he naturally fell into cheffing. With his experienced palate for Thai flavours, and a passion for cooking western food Rocki and his wife established Thai Fusion food truck Schillykickk in Newcastle in April 2017.
Drawing influence from his fusion street food menu, Rocki will be sharing a Thai Fusion Tapas cuisine with Newcastle throughout March.
